В статье рассматривается работа куратора студенческой группы, по результатам проведения социологических исследований в университете,в частности обсуждение тем, интересных студентам, взаимодействие с родителями, методы проведения кураторских часов, знание куратором проблемных ситуаций обучающихся. Воспитательная работа в вузе - важная составная часть учебно-воспитательного процесса, направленная на формирование и развитие личности обучающегося. Приведены основные направления деятельности воспитательной работы,в частности работа куратора в агротехническом вузе. Дается анализ ответов респондентов на вопросы,определяющие в целом, взаимодействие студентов и куратора. The article discusses the work of the curator of the student group, based on the results of sociological research at the S Seyfulin Agrotechnical university. Educational work at the university is an important part of the educational process, aimed at the formation and development of the student's personality. In the article, The main activities of educational work are given, in particular, discussed the work of a curator in an agrotechnical university. The article focus on students' interaction with parents, methods of conducting curator hours, and knowledge of the problem situations of students by the curator. The analysis is given of the respondents' answers to questions that determine the interaction between students and the curator.
