В данной статье проведен анализ показателей статистики инновационного развития предприятий Республики Казахстан с 2011 по 2020 годы. Целью статьи является оценка и анализ показателей инновационного развития предприятий на основе данных Бюро национальной статистики Агентства по стратегическому планированию и реформам РК. Авторы подробно проводят обзор научной литературы, описывают материалы и методы данного исследования, с предоставлением результатов статистического анализа. Делается вывод, что важным фактором, влияющим на конкурентоспособность страны, является инновационный потенциал, который представляет собой экосистему для стимулирования и поддержки инноваций. Для этого необходимы следующие условия: достаточные инвестиции в НИОКР; наличие высококачественных научно-исследовательских учреждений, которые могут генерировать знания, необходимые для создания новых технологий; обширное сотрудничество в области НИОКР между университетами и промышленностью; защита интеллектуальной собственности. По итогам проведенного анализа было выявлено, что полноценному развитию инновационного потенциала Казахстана препятствуют такие факторы, как недостаток финансирования НИОКР и инновационной деятельности, малая доля инновационной активности среди компаний. В этой связи актуализируется необходимость проведения дальнейшего исследования и поиска наиболее эффективных механизмов стимулирования инновационной деятельности предприятий в Казахстане. This article analyzes the statistical indicators of innovative development of enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2011 to 2020. The purpose of the article is to evaluate and analyze the indicators of innovative development of enterprises based on data from the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors conduct a detailed review of the scientific literature, describe the materials and methods of this study, providing the results of statistical analysis. It is concluded that an important factor affecting the competitiveness of the country is the innovation potential, which is an ecosystem for stimulating and supporting innovation. This requires the following conditions: sufficient investment in R&D; the presence of high-quality research institutions that can generate the knowledge needed to create new technologies; extensive R&D collaboration between universities and industry; intellectual property protection. Based on the results of the analysis, it was revealed that the full development of the innovative potential of Kazakhstan is hindered by such factors as lack of funding for R&D and innovation activities, a small share of innovative activity among companies. In this regard, the need for further research and the search for the most effective mechanisms for stimulating the innovative activity of enterprises in Kazakhstan is actualized.
