Relevance Effect of H.pylori to the microbial spectrum of the intestine in peptic ulcer gastroduodenal zone (PUGDZ) has not been fully elucidated. The purpose is to study the microbial landscape of intestine in PUGDZ associated H. pylori. Materials and methods Microbial spectrum of intestine was studied in 64 PUGDZ patients depending on the degree of infection of H.pylori. Results and discussion In mild reduction of H. pylori colonization low level ofBifidumbacteriumis observed in 40,0 ± 17,3% of patients at a concentration of <108 CFU / g, Lactobacterium at 35,0 ± 18,0% (<106 CFU / g), E. coli with normal enzymatic activity at 20,0 ± 20,0% (<107KOE / g). In the second and especially the third degree, low Bifidumbacterium at 94,4 ± 3,9%, Lactobacterium at 77,7 ± 7,9 and E. coli with normal enzymatic activity at 61,1 ± 10,4% of patients. Level of pathogenic microflora also varies depending on the degree of contamination of H. pylori. In minimum degree N.pylori , the number of patients with high levels of E. coli with reduced enzymatic activity was 25,0 ± 19,4% at a concentration (> 107KOE / g) whereas at moderate 47,8 ± 10,6% and high 83,3 ± 6,8%, i.e. percent rate of patients was 3.3 times higher than the minimum degree of contamination. The number of patients with high levels of Citrobacterfreundiisostvil 77,7 ± 7,9%, Candida 55,5 ± 11,1% and Clostridium 50,0 ± 11,8%. Conclusions Severity of mucous N.ryloricontaminationat PUGDZ affect to the level of indigenous and conditionally pathogenic intestinal microflora. (published in Valeology j. №3 2014)
