In this paper we consider the telecommunications network management system of branches based on the Irisngen hardware and software complex meets all the requirements and performs all tasks assigned to it, ensuring reliable monitoring of Karaganda's telecommunications networks. Telecommunication Management Network - a concept developed and approved by the International Telecommunication Union, defines the principles of creating a unified management system for networks of different levels and scales that provide different types of services. The possibility of using such a management system is due to the absence of a rigid binding of Telecommunication Management Network to any transport system and features of a particular network. All the information necessary for monitoring and control is located in a single database, which can be changed and updated with descriptions of new management objects, and all Telecommunication Management Network service data can be exchanged using the existing transport system of the managed network. Elements of Metro Ethernet Cisco network are represented by the following products: Cisco 7200 series routers, Cisco 7600 OSR optical router. The Cisco 7200 series includes two subseries: the Cisco 7200 and the Cisco 7200VXR. Cisco 7202, Cisco 7204 and Cisco 7206. These models provide installation of two, four and six modules (port adapters), respectively. In the special slot of routers of this series, the processor module NPE (Network Processing Engine) is installed.
