In the article the author outlines the urgent issues of activation of Kazakh custom rituals. The judiciary has a special role in the state power of the Kazakh people, which has been in the centuries-old history for thousands of years. This legal system, based on a traditional national tradition, which has long been based on national tradition, has not become indifferent to the evolution of long-term development in our national mind as a clear expression of justice and truth. It is necessary to recognize all the labor of the nation, which is characterized by such a legal culture, its prestige and role in the nation.
