The Statistically-thermodynamic mechanism of self-organization magnetic field fragments in the magneto-turbulent medium of the solar plasma is proposed. Assembling such fragments into complete magnetoplasmic structures of solar active regions is discussed. Statistically-thermodynamic model for quantitative description of these processes has been constructed in the first approximation.
