The article noted that in the information society, digital technologies are rapidly being introducedinto the education system and have led to the introduction of new requirements for the knowledge andskills of people. Consequently, new approaches to the form of lifestyle and in building relationships haveled to a great breakthrough in the development of modern educational technologies.The definitions of the term «Smart», «Concept of Smart Education» were clarified, goals and objectives were defined. It considered approaches to the formation of a smart-environment of the educationalprocess necessary for high-quality smart education. It showed the relevance of this research topic in themodern realities of the formation of a new type of education, which will improve the quality of professional training. It presented the basic principles of the organization of smart-learning, such as learningflexibility in an interactive educational environment, an integrated learning environment, content sharingby all universities, personalization and learning adaptation.
