Исследование позволило авторам провести факторный анализ цифровизации бизнес-процессов в деятельности госорганов Казахстана в условиях цифровой трансформации. В процессе анализа был рассмотрен анализ цифровизации бизнес-процессов в госорганах Республики Казахстан, который показал, что успешная цифровая трансформация требует комплексного подхода для создания современной и эффективной системы госуправления, способной удовлетворять потребности общества и соответствовать мировым стандартам. Результаты исследования продемонстрировали значимость комплексного подхода к цифровизации обрабатывающей промышленности и госуслуг, которые тесно взаимосвязаны и взаимно усиливают друг друга. Внедрение цифровых технологий в промышленность способствует росту объемов производства, снижению издержек и повышению качества продукции. Одновременно с этим, улучшение качества госуслуг создает благоприятные условия для бизнеса, ускоряет административные процессы и снижает бюрократию. Выявлены ключевые факторы, которые влияют на успешное внедрение цифровых технологий в госорганы и промышленный сектор Казахстана. Эти факторы включают технологическую инфраструктуру, правовую базу, финансирование, организационные изменения, культуру и управление изменениями, взаимодействие с гражданами и бизнесом. Выводы исследования подчеркивают практическую важность и значимость для разработки и реализации стратегий цифровой трансформации, повышения качества государственных услуг, устойчивого экономического роста, а также обоснования и корректировки государственной политики в области цифровых технологий в госорганах и промышленного сектора Казахстана. The study allowed the authors to conduct a factor analysis of the digitalization of business processes in the activities of government agencies of Kazakhstan in the context of digital transformation. During the analysis, the analysis of the digitalization of business processes in government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered, which showed that successful digital transformation requires an integrated approach to create a modern and effective public administration system capable of meeting the needs of society and complying with international standards. The results of the study demonstrated the importance of an integrated approach to the digitalization of the manufacturing industry and public services, which are closely interconnected and mutually reinforce each other. The introduction of digital technologies in industry contributes to the growth of production volumes, reduction of costs and improvement of product quality. At the same time, improving the quality of public services creates favorable conditions for business, accelerates administrative processes and reduces bureaucracy. Key factors that influence the successful implementation of digital technologies in government agencies and the industrial sector of Kazakhstan are identified. These factors include technological infrastructure, legal framework, financing, organizational changes, culture and change management, interaction with citizens and businesses. The findings of the study highlight the practical importance and significance for the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies, improving the quality of public services, sustainable economic growth, as well as substantiating and adjusting public policy in the field of digital technologies in government agencies and the industrial sector of Kazakhstan.
