Abstract The normal interaction between intestinal bacteria and their host is symbiotic relationships. The presence of important effects of intestinal bacteria on immune function can be inferred by the presence of a large number of organized lymphoid structures in the mucous membrane of the thin intestine (Peyerova blisky) and the thick intestine (isolated lymphoid follicles). The epithelium over these structures is specialized in antigen capture and samping, and contains lymphoid germ centers for inducing adaptive immune responses. In the large intestine, microorganisms leach, fermenting available substances from food or endogenous secretions, thus contributing to host nutrition. Aim of the work: Development of a microbiological therapeutic and prophylactic drug based on lactic acid and propionic acid bacteria (probiotics) to increase the resistance of agricultural animals to diseases. Microbial drugs with therapeutic and physiological effects can be used as alternatives to antibiotics and chemical growth stimulants. However, there is still a lack of clarity about the extent to which bacterial therapy is effective in certain pathologies.
