PublicadministrationinthefieldofsocialprotectionofthepopulationoftheRepublicofKazakhstanisbecoming particularlyimportantinmodernconditions,sinceitisthroughthisspherethatthestate'sabilitytoensuresocial stability, reduce the vulnerability of the population and maintain public trust is manifested. The intensification of digital transformation processes significantly changes the management logic and tools for implementing socialpolicy,asaresultofwhichsocialprotectionisincreasinglyviewednotasamechanismforsimpleresource redistribution, but as an integrated system focused on targeting, transparencyand effectiveness.The scientific interest of the study is focused on the analysis of the impact of digital technologies on public administration of the social sphere, including the transformation of the institutional structure, decision-making processes and forms of interaction between the state and the population. Digitalization creates new requirementsforlegalregulation,interdepartmentalcoordinationandevaluationoftheeffectivenessofsocial measures, which necessitates a revision of traditionalmanagement approaches.Thepurposeofthestudyistoprovideacomprehensiveanalysisofthestatemanagementofsocialprotection ofthepopulationintheRepublicofKazakhstanwithanemphasisondigitaltransformationandtosubstantiate ways to increase its effectiveness.Thescientificnoveltyofthestudyismanifestedinthefactthatdigitalizationisconsiderednotasatoolofsocial service,butasafactorchangingtheinstitutionalarchitectureofpublicadministration.Thepapersubstantiates theroleofdigitalplatformsinstrengtheningbudgetdiscipline,redistributingresponsibilityandimprovingthe accuracy of decision-making.
