A digital twin of the PocketSat picosatellite has been developed to simulate degradation in low Earth orbit conditions. This is based on a physical-statistical approach utilizing data from standard on-board sensors, without additional diagnostic equipment. A three-component physical model has been developed which describes the dynamics of the solar absorption coefficient, infrared emissivity and output power of the power supply system under the combined effects of ultraviolet radiation and thermal cycling. Based on data from temperature, pressure, illuminance, and power monitor sensors, an integrated Health Index has been established, providing a three-zone classification of the product’s technical condition. Remaining life prediction is carried out using the bisection method based on an exponential approximation of the time series of the Health Index. Simulation over 730 days showed a degradation of the Health Index from 1.000 to 0.565 with a coefficient of determination R² = 0.94. A web-based monitoring interface has been developed to visualize the status of subsystems and forecast the remaining service life for a given mission day without reliance on a server. The proposed solution is the first implementation of the digital twin concept for the PocketQube class of picosatellites, with degradation monitoring based on standard telemetry.
