Bipolar disorder is an understudied phenomenon in our country. Like any mental disorder, bipolar disorder is associated with risk factors. As social beings, humans must, first and foremost, adapt to the influence of social factors in their environment and develop appropriate behavioral responses for a given social micro group: family, community, etc. Therefore, due to the insufficient study of bipolar disorder, many suicide cases remain unexplored. People with bipolar disorder are generally unable to adapt adequately to the influence of social factors. Bipolar disorder is studied in economically developed countries. Some scientists have studied periods of mania and depression, comparing them to oscilloscope readings. However, the physiological characteristics of humans as living beings have been overlooked. They have developed models, recognizing that these models inadequately describe bipolar disorder. In contrast, the authors of this article consider humans as living beings. They are the first to propose studying bipolar disorder using the analogy of a technological failure. A human being is considered a physiological-technological object. The term “physiological-technological process” is introduced. Various results were obtained through voluntary questionnaires from the experiment participants. Based on these results, the main risk factors were identified. Results of training diagnostics were obtained for the twelve most significant volunteer participants out of one hundred, based on decision-making algorithms for the physiological-technological process.
