The article examines the issues of developing and implementing an integrated digital system for monitoring students’ academic performance in higher education institutions. It is shown that traditional methods of recording and analyzing academic results based on fragmented electronic and paper-based tools do not provide sufficient efficiency, clarity, or objectivity in assessing students’ academic activities. The necessity of using specialized digital platforms that enable automation of data collection, storage, and processing related to academic performance, attendance, and learning activity is substantiated. It is demonstrated that the functional architecture of the developed system is based on the principles of modularity, database integration, and visualization of analytical indicators. The main stages of platform design are considered, including the analysis of existing electronic systems, requirement formulation, and selection of technological solutions. It is established that the use of digital monitoring reduces the labor intensity of analytical work for instructors and increases the accessibility of academic information for students. The obtained results confirm the feasibility of using digital monitoring systems in higher education practice.
