Abstract. Over the past decade, research on artificial intelligence (AI) in entrepreneurship has evolved from conceptual essays into one of the most rapidly developing areas of literature in economics and management. However, the intellectual structure of the field and—of particular importance for Eurasian scholarship—the geography of knowledge production remain insufficiently explored. This study aims to map the field's growth, influence structure, conceptual composition, and international distribution, as well as to define a resulting research agenda for Kazakhstan and Central Asia. A search combining the terms "entrepreneurship" and "artificial intelligence" was conducted in the Scopus database on August 19, 2026. The selection was limited to the subject areas of "Business, Management and Accounting" and "Economics, Econometrics and Finance," the period up to and including 2025, the document type "article," and the English language; this resulted in a sample of 280 records. Descriptive bibliometrics, analysis of source concentration (Bradford’s Law), mapping of author keyword co-occurrence (community detection via the Louvain method), and rulebased thematic coding were performed on the initial BibTeX file using Python data analysis tools. The study systematically demonstrates the absence of Central Asia in the relevant literature—a gap not shared by other middleincome countries, as Vietnam (12 articles), Malaysia (10), and Indonesia (7) are clearly represented. Based on these findings, a concrete five-point research agenda for the region was formulated.
