Data was collected through on-site observations and interviews in a community housing area to ensure the platform aligns with user needs. Findings reveal that personalised recommendations and community-driven reviews enhance user trust and satisfaction, while also promoting the discovery of local food culture. The platform fosters stronger community engagement and supports local food businesses by celebrating nearby culinary experiences.
