Considering the problem of relations between the state and the economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is necessary to take into account the historical component of these relations, which determines both the current situation and prospects for development. This is because since the emergence of the national economy, the state has taken an active position in it. Today, the condition for effective management of the economy is the constructive interaction between the state and business. The peculiarity of this interaction is that the methods and specific forms associated with the special importance of market relations in each country can be distinguished. The partnership of government and business requires the coordination of the interests of the two modern societies and the two main institutions of the economy. Public-private partnership is not just a set of resources. It is important to understand that each of the parties to the partnership has its own goals, specific problems, and different motivations. The state is interested in increasing the volume and improving the quality of infrastructure and socially oriented services provided to the population and economic agents.
