This study is dedicated to the comprehensive examination of the spiritual and moral development of the individual, with a focus on socialization processes and the formation of worldview orientations within a sociocultural context. Spiritual and moral development is considered a systemic phenomenon integrating axiological, cognitive, and ethical components that influence the formation of individual values, beliefs, and behavioral norms. The primary objective of the study is to identify and analyze key factors, such as family upbringing, educational environment, religious beliefs, and cultural context, that determine the trajectories of spiritual and moral formation. The research methodology is based on a synthesis of quantitative and qualitative approaches, including literature analysis, empirical research, sociological surveys, and statistical analysis. The findings reveal that family practices and educational institutions are the leading determinants of spiritual and moral development, playing a crucial role in the internalization of moral norms and values. Special attention is given to religious and cultural narratives as structural frameworks that provide transcendent comprehension of ethical principles. The study emphasizes the interconnection between socialization and worldview orientations, highlighting their significance in shaping stable spiritual and moral foundations of personality. The practical relevance of the work lies in the development of recommendations for specialists in pedagogy and social work aimed at optimizing educational and training programs. Theoretical results expand understanding of the social and cultural mechanisms influencing the spiritual and moral development of the individual and can be useful for analyzing this process in an intercultural perspective, making the research relevant to an international audience.
