Using secure blockchain, quantum technology, and 6G-enabled IoT presents remarkable advantages to the users by providing more opportunities. As opportunities grow, challenges related to individual privacy and security also grow. This chapter has outlined these issues and challenges and proposed the ethical concerns while using the recent technologies. Some parts of the laws are followed by many countries with respect to the regional, religious and other geographical significance. Slightly related to that, faster personal data collection is one of 6G and IoT implementation, which poses a major privacy concern. Despite the higher security promise in the application of the blockchain, the negative side is also advanced. The complex relationship between ethics, technology, and freedom can be only solved with a good balance strategy. The chapter covers issues like weaknesses of blockchain network in terms of scalability, compatibility of IoT devices, energy required for quantum computing and 6G networks. Cultivating the ethical use of technology begins with interactions of the stake-holders with the establishment of effective and efficient awareness strategies to educate the public on the privacy concerning digital use of available gadgets.
