In the context of digitalization, urbanization, and increased international mobility, there is a growing need to study the factors that determine the accessibility of tourism services for people with disabilities and other groups in need of adapted infrastructure. The study identifies key problems and barriers that hinder the creation of an accessible tourism environment and examines mechanisms that influence the level of inclusiveness in the industry. Based on the analysis, priority areas for the development of inclusive tourism in Kazakhstan are presented, including improving the regulatory framework, upgrading infrastructure, introducing digital solutions, and expanding the range of specialized tourism services. Particular attention is paid to the study of foreign experience, which focuses on the standardization of accessibility, the development of digital information platforms, statesupport, and the disclosure of the economic potential of inclusive tourism segments.
