The study aimed to analyse the conditions for the implementation of the economic and social rights of young people in Kazakhstan. The study addressed the situation in Kazakhstan with a comparative analysis of the practices of Germany and the United States of America. The study identified key barriers to the effective realisation of youth rights, including limited access to education and employment, housing problems, and insufficient participation of young people in decision-making processes. The analysis demonstrated that youth unemployment (15-28 years old) was 3.8% in 2023, and the NEET rate varies depending on the level of economic stability of the country. In Kazakhstan, this figure remains below the CIS average (7.3%) but requires additional measures. An analysis of government strategies and support mechanisms for the protection of the rights of young people and expanding opportunities for social and political integration was conducted. The results showed that in Kazakhstan, young people face challenges in exercising their rights due to weak law enforcement and low legal awareness, while Western countries focus on inclusive approaches and youth involvement in public life. The study also found that poor coordination between state and public institutions hinders the effectiveness of youth policy.
