Relevance: Lung cancer remains a pressing issue in modern clinical oncology worldwide. Approximately 60-70% of newly diagnosed lung cancers are inoperable, necessitating the search for alternative treatment methods, including drug therapy. However, the issue of sensitivity to existing treatment regimens remains a significant factor and a key determinant of survival and local control. The study aimed to evaluate the immediate results of intra-arterial chemoinfusion into the bronchial arteries in inoperable, locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Materials and Methods: Between 2022 and 2024, all 52 patients aged 52 to 60 years received treatment. All patients had stage IIIa-IIIb disease (T3N0M0-T2-3bN1M0). All patients had histologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer at the time of primary or retreatment (relapse). Morphological tests identified lung adenocarcinoma in 18 patients (28.1%) and squamous cell carcinoma in 46 patients (71.9%). All patients received intra-arterial chemotherapy via a branch of the bronchial artery according to the “TР” regimen (docetaxel 75 mg/m2 + cisplatin 75 mg/m2 ) at standard therapeutic doses. Results: Immediate treatment analysis showed the technique was effective in 52 patients (81.25%). 34/64 (53.1%) patients had a clinical diagnosis of lung cancer after three courses of transarterial chemoinfusion using the Docetaxel + Cisplatin regimen, according to follow-up examination results partial regression of the process was noted, in 2 (3.1%) patients progression of the process was noted due to violation of the sexual interval due to the duration of recovery of blood parameters after a course of chemotherapy. Conclusion: The use of minimally invasive interventional regional methods for the treatment of primary non-small cell lung cancer demonstrates high overall efficacy, median survival within the framework of complex therapy, and improved quality of life for patients.
