This paper describes the development and testing of an inclusive guide navigation device designed for visually impaired individuals to navigate public and indoor areas. The device incorporates modern technologies, such as LiDAR sensors and cameras, as well as voice control systems, to provide accurate, realtime navigation assistance and obstacle detection. Unlike other solutions, the inclusive guide operates autonomously and does not require any additional infrastructure. It has an intuitive user interface and features such as notifications for route deviations, dynamic route re-calculation, detailed verbal instructions, and tactile feedback. Field trials conducted in various buildings have demonstrated the effectiveness of this device in providing safe navigation for people with visual impairment. The success of this product lies in its accuracy and reliability, which are achieved without the use of global positioning systems (GPS) or the need for expensive infrastructure installation. Additionally, user feedback has highlighted the device's effectiveness in improving spatial awareness and boosting user confidence. The findings suggest that the inclusive guide is a valuable aid for enhancing the mobility and autonomy of individuals with visual disabilities, with the potential for future development and implementation in diverse settings.
