The study examines the current state of patient safety culture in outpatient medical organizations.Methods.The research was conducted in three outpatient medical facilities in Astana (n=111) using the international AHRQ survey. Data processing included descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).Results.The analysis revealed statistically significant differences between institutions in the overall patient safety culture index (F=4.12, p=0.018). The highest level was observed in the Republican Diagnostic Center (4.1 points), while the State Polyclinic No. 1 scored lower (3.6 points) due to high workload and staff shortages. Teamwork was rated highly; however, the level of open reporting of medical errors remained low.Conclusion. To improve patient safety culture, it is recommended to implement a non-punitive environment (Just Culture), strengthen leadership support, and standardize clinical processes. Keywords:patient safety, safety culture, outpatient care, ANOVA, medical errors.
