The article examines human subjectivity as a fundamental category of contemporary philosophical anthropology and socio-philosophical analysis. It argues that subjectivity is an integrative quality of the individual, expressing the capacity for self-knowledge, reflection, free choice, and responsible participation in social life. The study is relevant due to the need to reconsider the human dimension in the knowledge-based society, where the intellectual, spiritual, and moral potential of the individual becomes a key factor of social development. The author analyzes how digitalization, changing forms of communication, and growing individual autonomy influence human self-realization and social activity. The modern knowledge society forms a new model of interaction in which the intellectual and spiritual contribution of the individual serves as a measure of social progress and cultural maturity. The study refines contemporary humanitarian thought by clarifying the relationship between inner freedom and social responsibility amid global transformations. The purpose of the research is to reveal the essence of human subjectivity and determine its role in personal development, social interaction, and the formation of moral values. The methodological basis rests on philosophical anthropology, social constructivism, and the humanistic approach, which disclose the mechanisms of forming an active and responsible personality. The analysis shows that digital transformation and the individualization of social practices open new opportunities for self-realization while strengthening the need for ethical orientation and spiritual integrity. Human capital-understood as the sum of intellectual, creative, and moral resources - defines the individual’s contribution to social progress.
