Adolescent aggression remains a pressing public health issue, influencing mental health, social adaptation, and educational outcomes. The growth of both traditional and digital forms of aggression necessitates updated approaches to prevention. The aim of the review is to systematize current evidence on the prevalence, risk factors, and effective interventions aimed at reducing adolescent aggression, as well as to identify opportunities for adapting international best practices for Kazakhstan. This review was conducted according to PRISMA 2020 guidelines with a literature search in PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. A total of 25 studies published between 2015 and 2024 were included in the final analysis. Adolescent aggression is shaped by a combination of biopsychosocial and digital factors. Effective interventions include cognitive-behavioral programs, development of emotional regulation, family-based approaches, and multilevel mental health promotion models. Digital tools show promise for early identification of at-risk adolescents. Prevention of adolescent aggression requires multisectoral collaboration, digital solutions, and adaptation of evidence-based programs to the national context. Keywords: adolescents, aggression, risk factors, prevention, mental health, cyberbullying, public health.
