The article presents the results of scientific research concerning veterinary measures for the treatment of diseases of the digestive system of dogs brought for treatment to the veterinary clinics "Aesculap", located in the clinical building of Shakarim University in Semey, and "CVM Doctor-Vet" a private veterinary clinic located in Semey. The article describes methods of treating stomach ulcers in dogs, based on our experience and analysis of scientific literature. The main focus is on the pathogenesis of gastric ulcers in dogs and therapeutic recommendations based on morphobiochemical and physiological parameters. The article examines the biochemical and physiological parameters that arise during the pathogenesis of gastric ulcer, as well as the proposed therapeutic approaches based on scientific data. Etiopathogenetic factors and their therapeutic efficacy, investigated from a pharmacodynamic point of view, are described in detail based on literature data and our own research. In addition, the article substantiates diagnostic principles based on clinical and biochemical parameters and their significance for determining the nosological nature of the disease. The main clinical data characterizing the physiological symptoms of the disease in animals are presented in the form of evidence confirming the correctness of the chosen therapeutic approach to achieve recovery from gastric ulcer in dogs
