As AI reshapes the educational ecosystem and teachers' roles shift toward "learning designer-technology integrator-team leader," this article uses literature research and case analysis to tease out the transformations AI is bringing to education. It defines teacher leadership in the AI era as a comprehensive trinity of "technology integration, teaching innovation, and collaborative leadership" (including three major characteristics, such as technology convergence).Based on distributed leadership theory and the TPACK framework, it constructs a "three-dimensional core model" to clarify the key elements and logical relationships of each dimension.Combining primary and secondary school case studies, it proposes a path from "knowing how to use technology" to "using it effectively," from "imitation" to "design" in teaching, and from "individual" to "team" collaboration (such as tiered training, AI-powered personalized teaching, and teacher learning communities). The case studies demonstrate that this model can address issues such as teachers' difficulty in applying technology and improve teaching efficiency and student engagement. While limited to primary and secondary school cases, this research could be expanded to include universities and other fields in the future, and the model could be validated through quantitative research to support teacher professional development in the digital transformation of education.
