Мақалада «Smart Nation» тұжырымдамасын іске асырудың қажетті шарты ретінде Қазақстан Республикасының әлеуметтік-экономикалық саласын цифрландыру процесі қарастырылған. Осыған байланысты Цифрлық трансформацияның теориялық аспектілері зерделеніп, экономиканың негізгі секторларына озық технологияларды енгізудің қазіргі жағдайына талдау жасалды. Атап айтқанда, көлік, ауыл шаруашылығы, қаржы, білім беру және денсаулық сақтау саласында цифрландыруды жеделдету, электрондық үкімет қызметтерін кеңейту және «ақылды» қаланың бастамаларын ел көлемінде тарату көрсетілді. Авторлар «Smart Nation» тұжырымдамасы мен экономиканы цифрландырудың өзара байланысын көрсетеді: екеуі де елдің бәсекеге қабілеттілігін арттыру үшін адами капиталды, инновациялар мен технологияларды дамытуға бағытталған. «Smart Nation» тұжырымдамасы тұрақты өсу мен ресурстарды тиімді пайдалану үшін жағдай жасай отырып, білім беруді, денсаулық сақтауды, мемлекеттік басқаруды және кәсіпкерлікті жақсартуға арналған цифрлық құралдарға сүйенеді. Авторлар мемлекеттік-жекешелік әріптестікті нығайту, адами капиталды дамыту және цифрлық экономиканы ілгерілетуде инновациялық экожүйені қалыптастыру бойынша кешенді модель ұсынды. Модель қоғамның цифрлық трансформациясын бағалау және басқару құралы ретінде ұсынылады. Мақаланы жазу кезінде жалпы ғылыми әдістер қолданылады: индукция және дедукция, талдау және синтез, статистикалық және графикалық әдістер. The article considers the process of digitalization of the socio-economic sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a necessary condition for the implementation of the "Smart Nation" concept. In this regard, the theoretical aspects of digital transformation were studied, and the current state of the introduction of advanced technologies in the main sectors of the economy was analyzed. In particular, the acceleration of digitalization in the fields of transport, agriculture, finance, education, and healthcare, the expansion of e-government services, and the spread of smart city initiatives across the country were demonstrated. The authors show the relationship between the concept of "Smart Nation" and the digitalization of the economy: both are aimed at developing human capital, innovation, and technology to increase the country's competitiveness. The Smart Nation concept relies on digital tools to improve education, healthcare, public administration, and entrepreneurship, creating conditions for sustainable growth and efficient use of resources. In turn, the digitalization of the economy accelerates the transformation of traditional industries. It promotes the creation of new markets and jobs, providing the basis for the implementation of the "Smart Nation" concept. The result of the research is an understanding of the socio-economic effect of digital solutions and the identification of priorities for the successful implementation of the "Smart Nation" concept in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The authors propose a comprehensive model to strengthen public-private partnership, develop human capital and form an innovative ecosystem in promoting the digital economy. The model is proposed as a tool for assessing and managing the digital transformation of society. The article uses general scientific methods: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, statistical and graphical methods.
