This research explores the creation of a novel training complex designed specifically for the technical management of military and specialized aviation equipment. The study is driven by the need to improve the efficiency of training engineering and technical staff, given the increasing technical complexity of aviation systems and the growing emphasis on aviation safety. The main objective of this research is to develop an adaptive educational platform that integrates digital twins of aviation systems, fault diagnosis algorithms, and intelligent methods to personalize the training process. The architecture of a comprehensive engineering support system was devised, which includes data collection, digital modeling, and analytics. The system features an adaptive learning algorithm that takes into account the trainee's skill level, experience, and progress, automatically adjusting the curriculum accordingly. By incorporating virtual simulators and simulation models, the training system closely mirrors the actual operating conditions of aviation equipment, providing a more immersive and effective learning environment. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed system, experimental testing was conducted with two groups of engineering and technical personnel: the experimental group, which used adaptive training with digital models, and the control group, which followed traditional training methods. The results of the study revealed that the new training complex led to a 22% reduction in response time to emergencies, a 30% reduction in errors, and an 18% improvement in the accuracy of procedure execution. The adaptive training system is highly flexible and can be customized and integrated with modern predictive diagnostic methods for aircraft malfunctions. Implementing such a training complex in the development of aviation specialists will enhance aviation safety, reliability, and the economic efficiency of aircraft operations.
