Мақалада Қазақстандағы өңдеу өнеркәсібі кәсіпорындарының дамуын мемлекеттік ынталандыру шараларының экономикалық аспектілері мен тиімділігі зерттелген. Мақаланың мақсаты - Қазақстандағы өңдеу өнеркәсібі кәсіпорындарының дамуын мемлекеттік ынталандыру шараларының экономикалық аспектілері мен тиімділігін бағалау. Зерттеу өнеркәсіптің дамуына әсер ететін негізгі факторларды анықтауға, сондай-ақ мемлекеттік қолдау бағдарламаларының экономикалық дамуға әсерін талдауға бағытталған. Сипаттамалық статистика әдістері, деректерді визуализациялау, аналитикалық кестелер және статистикалық көрсеткіштерді есептеу қолданылды. 2021-2025 жылдарға арналған ұлттық кәсіпкерлікті дамыту жобасы, «Даму-Оптима», «Қарапайым заттар экономикасы», «Бизнестің жол картасы-2025» және басқа да негізгі мемлекеттік қолдау бағдарламалары зерттелді. Осы бағдарламалардың арқасында өңдеу өнеркәсібі кәсіпорындарының өндіріс көлемі мен салық түсімдерінің едәуір артқаны анықталды. Сектордың сәтті дамуына әсер ететін негізгі факторлар, соның ішінде негізгі капиталға салынған инвестициялар көлемі және мемлекеттік қолдау деңгейі айқындалды. Мемлекеттік қолдау шаралары еңбек өнімділігінің өсуіне және сектордағы жұмыспен қамтуды қамтамасыз етуге оң әсер ететіні дәлелденді. The article examines the economic aspects and effectiveness of state measures to stimulate the development of manufacturing enterprises in Kazakhstan. The aim of this article is to assess the economic aspects and effectiveness of state measures to stimulate the development of manufacturing enterprises in Kazakhstan. The study focuses on identifying key factors influencing the development of the industry, as well as analyzing existing state support programs and their impact on the economic development of the sector. Descriptive statistics methods, including data visualization, analytical tables, and the calculation of statistical indicators, were used. Major state support programs such as the National Project for Entrepreneurship Development for 2021-2025, "Damu-Optima," "Economy of Simple Things", "Business Roadmap 2025," and others were examined. It was found that these programs have significantly increased production volumes and tax revenues from manufacturing enterprises. Key factors influencing the successful development of the sector, including the volume of investments in fixed assets and the level of state support, were identified. It is shown that state support measures positively impact labor productivity growth and employment provision in the sector. Additionally, the impact of these programs on the competitiveness of enterprises was analyzed. The findings are significant for developing state support strategies and enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in Kazakhstan.
