Мақалада Қазақстанның теміржол саласындағы компанияларындағы инвестициялық жобалар контекстіндегі білімді басқару және икемді әдіснаманың тиімділігі қарастырылады. Кез-келген жобаны жүзеге асыру үшін сізге бір нәрсені өзгерту, жаңа шешімдер іздеу, ерекше идеялар жасау қажет болады. The article examines the effectiveness of knowledge management and flexible methodology in the context of investment projects in companies in the railway industry of Kazakhstan. To implement any project, you will definitely have to change something, look for new solutions, and generate unusual ideas. Only by adapting to the constantly changing working conditions and customer requirements can you find the right ways to act. In this way, Agile's flexible project management methodology can become a faithful assistant in this matter. The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness of corporate knowledge management and Agile in the framework of investment projects. Companies need to create conditions that include a developed corporate environment, availability of financial resources, openness and cooperation of stakeholders. Based on this, an experimental study was conducted using the method of a sociological survey on the example of the Kazakh railway company JSC NC KTZ. The results of the sociological study are based on the results of a survey conducted from the beginning of June 2019 to January 2024. Thus, empirical research was conducted in two stages. The first stage of the survey was attended by employees of three departments of the company. To assess the effectiveness of project activities, various age groups, educational levels, work experience in the company, as well as representatives of both sexes were analyzed, of which 89 respondents filled out the questionnaire. At the second stage of the survey, in-depth interviews were conducted with leading experts of NC KTZ JSC on the application and prospects of flexible project management in the company. Thus, the expediency and necessity of the practical implementation of a knowledge management system and flexible project management technologies for the effectiveness of the process of implementing investment projects in the railway industry of Kazakhstan has been confirmed.
